Phase 3 was one of several phases completed on this development over the past 15+ years.

Work includes the infra structure and fit out to 250 Apartments, a leisure centre  and communal areas.

Phase 3 incorporates two listed buildings with were remodelled and refurbished to provide sixteen apartments.

This mix of new build and refurbishment is typical of the 2000 odd units completed on this development to date.
